I forgot to close the cap and the nib dried out. What can I do?

Our markers are alcohol-based so if you forget to close the cap the alcohol will evaporate and the nib will dry out. Depending on how long the cap was off you may still be able to use the marker. However, if the cotton inside the marker dries out, it will not be usable for a long time. If you find the ink flow has deteriorated, we recommend replacing the marker.
