The accelerated international demand for Copic markers has exceeded our expectations and we are unable to provide the sufficient quantities to you on the immediate basis now, unfortunately.

We completely understand your frustration, but we do not want to compromise product quality for quantity at the same time. For example, all Copic markers are hand-tested 3 times each in Japan before they are imported to your country, to keep the quality of the products at a high level. For us, sacrificing quality for speed is not an option.

We value our customers and understand how important it is to offer exceptional service. Please be assured that every effort (such as facility reinforcement and extensive review of delivery system) is being made to ship enough Copic markers as quickly as possible.
